"MAIDEN" had been living in SoCal racing out of BCYC in Newport Beach from 2005-2023 where she was extremely successful racing PHRF. 

I retired in 2023 to Pensacola FL. and at the time taking Maiden with me seemed like the right thing to do. Then Plans changed.

She raced primarily in the light winds of SoCal using well cared for Ullman sail inventory. Down wind it sports a Forespar CF 1.0ft penalty pole with matching OS symmetrical and ayso chutes.

Even in the comparatively lighter winds of SoCal Maiden was able to win class and
overall in the 40mile Long Beach - Dana Point race 4 times. (2009, 10,11,12)

In 2003 Hull number 58 was completely re-done at Ron Moore's shop and was the very last boat that Gary "Gar" Tracy worked on where he installed the sliding hatch as well as replacing all the wood in the forepeak with ¼ inch marine grade plywood and a complete interior and exterior refresh. Boat has been 100% dry sailed, I lived 15 min from YC so she has been very well cared for during all these years.

Maiden rests on a very good condition 2004 Trail-Rite Galvanized single axle trailer
w/surge brakes wearing 2023 Goodyear HD 'trailer towing' tires that are like new.
